ITA Coach Assistant / Tennis Instructor Course
Age 14+ yrs

2 day course on 2 & 9 Aug 8.30am to 2.30pm at Falkirk Tennis Club, Hamilton Drive, Falkirk, Scotland

Content: Coached in the procedures and skills required to work alongside a Qualified Coach. Coached in specific ITA drills, and progressive to modern coaching techniques. Must be of suitable playing ability. Cost £125

ITA Professional Coach
Age 16+ yrs

5-day course 18-22 August 9.30-3.30pm at Falkirk Tennis Club, Hamilton Drive, Falkirk

This unique course takes student coaches on a journey through the crucial stages of player development, and fully prepares them for a positive future in the tennis industry. The course teaches how to break down key strokes and teach in easy to follow progressions, utilitsing the lastest techniques and footwork in the modern game. Each student is shown how to teach strokes, run core drills (as taught at the top academies around the world), take successful group and individual sessions and correct technical problems as they occur. This gives each coach a sound base to improve their own coaching skills and build a successful coaching programme.

Must have passed level 1 or equivalent.
Content: Coached in all aspects of professional tennis coaching, along with specific academy coaching drills and numerous progression based and modern tennis coaching techniques used by international coaching systems. Cost £375
